Revert title or get contribution back for purchase on mother name

07-Feb-2025 (In Property Law)
I purchased property on mother name in 2005. I have contributed to full payment to seller by cash from my bank account. But this contribution is not in sale deed and the only proof I have is the bank statement having withdrawal date closer to registration date. My mother/father did not have such source of income. My mother had transfered entire property to my brother's name without my knowledge in 2013. How can I revert title back to my name, (or) atleast get back my contribution ?

hi, you can file a suit for recovery of money under order 37 of the cpc, you can use the withdrawal ststemt as an evidence to support this claim, subsequently you can challenge the transfer stating it was based on undue influence, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications

Please engage a competent lawyer and file a suit challenging the sale of the property by your mother. If you establish all the facts narrated here to the satisfaction of the court, you may succeed. Move an application for an interim status quo injunction simultaneously.
