Response to public notice in newspaper claiming to sell my property

Somebody ( probably Land Mafia in Bihar ) has given a public notice in local newspaper that they going to sell property ( specifying Khata numbers) which belong to me ( we have property documents since dating back 100 years) and is in our possession for around 100 years ( tenants paying us rent since 70 years ) . In the notice they have asked anybody having any objection to show the legal property documents to them. What action should I take ?
