Residential Society Maintenance Issues!

After handing over the property, our builder was managing the society according to the agreement for free, but since it was 2 years maintenance free we were not charged anything except in the 2nd year he started demanding 1 rupee more per sqt to maintain in that 2nd which many residents opposed and we are one of them. So now that Rs.13424/- inspite of requesting the association formed has not been written of but not carried forward inspite of emails explaining the scenario. Now the new MC is for
has the apartment society formed? if formed what are the bylaws saying about builders involvement. all residents can call for a General Body meeting and decide things as per your convenience. association can take decisions based on bylaws. bylaws can be changed with consent of majority of the residents
