For gift deed u requires original sale deed of that propertytwo witnesses n there ID proof.....n stamp duty as per the government norms ..

In maharashtra state if you want to transfer the property in blood relationship then no stamp duty is applicable. Only Rs. 500/- stamp paper & 1 % LBT is applicable for it. For more information give PM.

Firstly pls specify ...property is moveble or immovable.. gift is to family member or otherwise.. dpending on dat stampduty vl vary..gift deed for immovable Propery requires to b registered ..must also be signed by two witnesses..
