My grandmother (Dadi) was the sole owner of a piece of land, though at the time of purchase, both my father and uncle (chacha) were mentioned as nominees, not co-owners. After the purchase, in 2022, my grandmother executed a non-judicial declaration (with thumb impression), clearly stating that she wanted the property to go to my father and me. This document mentions both our names and excludes my uncle.
