We had a contract with a lady on her property locally known as Muhayda and we gave her money as per our agreement and all the things were clear to both party but now she has sent us a legal notice stating that we did fraud with her and stating herself as innocent of all the case. We gave her 1 lakh as advance via cheque from total land value of 10 lakh rupees that will pe paid in installments as soon as plots sold. But now she got engaged with the opponent party and before these she was claiming that she has no son as she was widow and she confirmed it in front of S.P. of police of our district in written and other senior officers but now she changed and claiming that guy of third party is her son but actually she doesn't have any son or daughter of her 1st husband. Please help asap my contact no is 6387141975 if need any other details.

You need to respond back to her legal notice. Let the reply be sent to her legal notice through a lawyer. I’m this reply you’ve to deny all her false claims and assert your stand, as well as the true and correct position.
