Rented shop acquired by defaulter tenant's relative

My grandfather gave a small shop in our house to a person 52yrs ago. But after 2 yrs date he did not paid any rent. He is not alive anymore and is a defaulter. His relative has now acquired the position by keeping the articles and furniture of him and wants to handover the shop to another party illegally. What can I do to reacquire the shop? Kindly help

hello, u may file 144 case for forcefully grab ur possession, or u may file 156(3) case for criminal offences or u may file civil cases, i think previously I gave u answer of ur queries, and in ur last query u mention that you may not be filled any cases, nywy for any further discussion kindly contact me.
