RENTAL PROPERTY KABZA: want to know whether its a KAZBA or i can get

My father and uncle started a clinic 25 years back without any rental agreement. Clinic property is registered under my father name. my father is doctor and my uncle handles laboratory. laboratory Receipts bill are billed under my uncle name and all equipment of laboratory are of my uncle BUT my father pays electricty bill of entire clinic and also cost like maintainence(painting). But salary of people working in laboratory is paid by my uncle. So can my uncle do KABZA on that room of clinic.

aapka question complete kiske Naam Se dun aur agar property mein jo rental agreement aapane Kiya usmein rent agreement mein कौन-कौन hai jab tak aap yah question purn Roop se Sahi facts Ne bataenge iska Uttar Dena mushkil Hai
