Renovation of charitable property

I am legal heir of charity property in the name of Shri Ram Mandir and my mother's mother and her sister are half owner as a priest. Both of them and my mother passed away. Now I want to renovate temple. What are the steps I should take to avoid any problem in future. Half property is in my possession as a natural heir. Please advise.
You need to check the legal documents your mother has prepared such as will or family settlement deed or allied documents
And the based on the available documents You need to obtain a legal heirship certificate from the city civil court.
Once you obtain a legal heirship certificate you will have to seek noc from rest legal heirs and their consent on development and prepare a DA agreement after which you will also have to seek POA and other necessary documents
And apply for the approval in other departments and develop the same.
