removing name on 7/12 after divination of property

5 brothers are divided property verbally and agreed also, but at the time of on paper 1 brother is not ready to remove his name on 7/12 of balance 4 brother and 4 brother are ready to clear each other's 7/12. my question is can we clear our 7/12 without 1 brother signature balance 4 are ready.
You cannot remove anyone's name without their consent. You have to work on settlement and have him sign it. Removing someone's name without their consent is illegal and wrong. If done it can lead to serious consequences
