Removing name of brother and mother from my purchased flat

I purchased flat and my father was co-owner during registration. I paid full amount and bank loan on my name . After father's death my brothers and mother name got linked to loan account. How to remove that
This is my response to you:
1. Do they have a succession certificate;
2. You are still co-owner;
3. You have 75% share in the property;
4. You can obtain letters of administration from HC;
5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.

If your brother and mother's name are mentioned in share certificate of society then for removing their names you have to execute gift or release deed in your favour and have to registered it.
For registering gift deed you have to pay stamp duty.
