Removal of my brother name from property

I have a property in which i,my wife and my brother have a name in the registration paper but the payment has been made for the property by me and my wife as i am an handicapped person so i have inserted my brother name to carry out legal process ? i have consulted the lawyer he said to prepare release deed for my brother to transfer his right in the property ? my question is as my brother have not made a single payment for purchasing the property so what will he release only his name is inserted while registring ? or is there any other process to remove his name ?

1. You will have to make a release deed of your brother;
2. You will also have to make him sign am indemnity bond;
3. You will also have to complete the formalities of the society;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.

For removing your brother name from your property you have to execute gift deed or release deed and you have to pay stamp duty on it and get register this is only way to remove your brother name from property.
