Removal of deceased persons name from Joint ownership of flat in Mumb

We own a flat in Mumbai in the name of -Myself, My husband and my father. My father died and I would like to know the process for removal of his name form the agreement. He left a will leaving his share of this property to me and my husband. Is any stamp duty or society charges payable for the transfer? Request your response. Thanks Meera
