Release deed is not shown in partition suit what to do now

Respected Experts, release deed is not shown in court proceeding of partition suit, those parties who signed on release deed are exparte in both preliminary and final decree.... but on final decree court allotted share to them also.., now how to prove that they have already given release deed and stop them to take possession of their respective shares..... or what steps i have to take. i need your valuable opinion on this issue... many thanks in advance...,
what was the reason behind you not showing the the release deed/ relinquishment deed before the court despite having an upper hand in the matter. Secondly if you appeal the court would ask you the same question and the reason should be a valid one to overturn the decision.
