Regulation regarding burial and cremation
21-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
We have purchased a ongoing project, Agreement of sale is not yet done, but we came to know that just beside our project, there is an active graveyard which is not government approved but it is in private land, and it seems cremation is first performed and then the remains are buried. The area falls under GHMC. below are the queries.
1. Is it allowed to perform burial/ cremation near to resident society.
2. The builder never told us about the graveyard, and considering AOS is not done, will I am allowed to cancle the deal and will builder do complete refund, just fyi, I have already paid 20% but AGREEMENT OF SALE is not done
Gud afternoon
