Registry obtaining from court after court case won.

Post my father's death,my uncle took away the land registry which is in my father's name and forged a sale deed and filed a case. He produced that registry in court also. We won the case and in its appeals also. Now our advocate told that they can get back the registry and not us, coz they had provided this registry in court. Can we get that registry from court? If not how to get the property in our name now? We had filed a police complaint that time and got a certfd copy of that registry
you can continue your fight in Highcourt by the way of filing a RSA , I NEED TO THE WHOLE CASE FILE OF LOWER COURT AND APPELLATE COURT FOR AN EFFECTIVE ADVICE, IF THE ORIGINAL REGISTERY WAS IN YOUR FATHER'S NAME THEN THERE ARE VERY GOOD CHANCES TO QIN THE APPEAL
