Registered Partion deed of grandmother house

13-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Great grand son has right to challenge the registered partion deed (unevenly partioned house) by the legal heirs (all is alive) stating that the property is not evenly divided? Property was aquired by paternal grandmother and inherited by only one son and he dies after that the widow and her sons made partion by agreement on mutual consent and registered the deed?

A partition deed cannot be challenged on the ground that there is no equal partition. A partition document agreed and signed by all family members can have any mode of division and since it is signed and accepted it cannot be challenged as unequal. There may be other grounds to challenge the deed depending on the facts of the case.
