Registered gift deed be challenged as mutation of property is done

02-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My mother who is a Hindu received a property which Belonged to my Grandmother via Gift Deed which is duly registered and mutation of the same property is also done. Now my mother's two brothers are trying to threaten us and trespass on that property and also questioning the validity of the Gift Deed by showing the ground that they have not given any no objection certificate for the Gift Deed. So, should I be worried or they don't have any valid grounds in this matter?

You must worry about this because if the other parties move to the competent court before you and satisfies the court in order to provide an entry to them, then it would be a great problem to you. I would suggest you that you must move to the competent court before them in order to secure your right
