On 2017 I was sell my land on Register GPA by one,,,He is still alive,,Now I am the actual Owner,,,may i should be sell that land without informing GPA holder,,,,,

If GPA in your favour is with consideration then you can sell the property without intimating the owner and even otherwise if GPA has not been revoked then also you can sell the property if the clause is mentioned in GPA You need to hire expert advocate in this regard, plz b in touch
