Regarding Transfer of Property from biological father to my name

My name is xyz and I need some legal advice. My biological parents handed over me to my aunt and uncle for my better future because they thought that I dont have any future in village. And I didnt know about this as I was very young at that time. Later when I completed my graduation I came to know that who my real parents are but my aunt and uncle have done a lot for me and I can't pay them back for their kind gratitude as they have always shown me the right direction since my childhood. But this year my biological father passed away and my biological mother wants the property in my name. But all my documents A-Z are in my uncle and aunt's name i.e. where you write father's name and mother's name. So what can be done so that i can get my biological father's property in my name. And yeah my biological mother has a adopted certificate also. Please show me a direction.
