Regarding settlement agreement discripencies

We are three brothers. I am the elder one. Some ancestral costly items are kept with second brother. My two younger brothers entered in to an agreement in Jharkhand court in my absence. The actual deal is not known to me. I am also one of the claimant of the property. They informed me one day in advance to the agreement but zi couldn't make out to reach there. Some points mentioned in statement are false. What should be my action now? How to challenge agreement which I have not signed?
You may file a police complaint for defrauding, cheating and fabricating such agreement. You should also approach the concerned Civil Court for cancellation and stay of operation of the said agreement in order to safeguard your interest and part in the costly ancestral items.
