Regarding settlement agreement

My 2 younger brothers have entered into an agreement in Jharkhand court in my absence. I'm the elder one. All the statements in the agreement is not correct. I have somehow collected the agreement copy online. How to challenge the agreement? What is the procedure in case of wrong statements mentioned in the agreement?
It is not mentioned whether you're a party to the proceedings at Jharkhand or not.
