Regarding Road Width dispute between two owner

I have purchased an house from a society. In my registry paper it was mentioned that road in front of my house is 30 Feet. At the opposite side of my house there is a vacant plot. Th owner of the plot is claiming that the road width in his paper is 20 feet . It means that the owner of the society has sold 10 feet road . In such case what should I do
your neighbour's is intriguing you should file a suit for injunction the road is 30 feet the accused turned and took 20 feet so you have to send him a notice then see you can approach the ziledar or the sub division magistrate
