Regarding Recovery Certificate For Personal Loan Of Deceased Person

25-Feb-2025 (In Property Law)
Late Husband taken a personal loan of approx 9 lakh in 2019(not insured) pay slip basis,no property was granted for lease. No family member is neither co appliant nor guarantor for his loan.after his death we had alredy informed bank about his sadful demise, but we didn't have any clue about the loan. Now last year in nov of 2024 bank issued first legal notice about his loan and issued 3 recovery notice from tehsil office of same amoun 8.5 lakhs + interest each to me and my 2 sons. fortunately my husband didn't bought any property in his entire life and all the property he got from his ancestral land. After his death we handed over those property to ourselves through kharij dakhil process. Can bank still siege our property by any means ?
