Regarding purchase of plot in bank auction

25-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I purchased a plot from Bank Auction. I have its original JDA Patta, Kabja Patra, original registry of sale latter from bank. Plot is in skeleton condition and No Encroachment is there. Are the papers OK. Is it necessary to have first Allotment Letter of plot. I don't have this document. Colony is developed by JDA , Jaipur. I have not transferred Patta in my Name yet. May i face any problem in future ?

first get patta of the land from jda. even if encroachers are not thre don't impliedly invite them. get patta from the jda get ur name in the jda records because nobody knows that his land id going to be grabbed. just be on the safe side apply for jda patta on the basis of bank auction papaers. file application for procuring patta appending all the relevent documents showing ur title.
