Regarding compansation distributed by Awas Vikas Parishay

I have query regarding the compansation given by awas vikas parishat for aquiring our land.
1. As per the land aquisition bill of up the compansation amount should be 4 times of the circle rates but they are providing 3.2 times. What are chances to get original compasation which 4 times circle rates?
2. And they have fixed 4 different circle for land acquired for same awas vikas project with a variation of 50% for two different accounts sharing boundaries. What are the chances of circle rate increament.
You have the right to challenge the award before the Land Acquisition tribunal and establish your case your case of enhanced compensation in the tribunal. The rate of 4 times of circle rate is settled position in the eyes of law, you will get the enhanced compensation.

They are to compensate you in accordance with the applicable laws/government order of the UP govt. Incase they are acting arbitrarily and not following The rules/GO with respect to computation of compensation, you must file a writ of mandamus against them in the High court
