Regarding closing the shops opposite to my house.......

Sir,
I am residing at the primary residential area where commercial shops are not allowed. My opposite building has its ground floor with 4 shops which is nothing but occupied by entire ground floor. Those shop keepers are making huge disturbances in front of my house. Even after multiple warnings nobody changed. To my agony police officers are not supporting us.
Lodge a written complaint with the local municipal authority. Appeal to the higher police authority for redress. If nothing works, engage a competent advocate to take appropriate legal action against all concerned.
