Regarding Balcony Damage Repair Responsibility

In a gated society under IRP (appointed by NCLT), the balcony facade of the flat above mine fell due to poor construction, damaging my balcony ceiling?
Flats are unregistered; project is RERA-registered.
Should repairs be done by IRP, AoA/RWA Board, or current occupants? Kindly clarify rule position.
the balcony facade of flat above you caused damage flats are unregistered but rera registered you can see through the maintenance should be done by maintenance office otherwise you will have to pay for repairation
