Regarding agreements between seller and realestate broker

Is there any limit in commission structure for realestate deals. if a broker demand more percentage than the local prevailing rate, can it be shown in other heads

If you are showing it in other heads then you cannot count it in the percentile that you are giving as commission. Nature of the payment will change. so that it may lose its character of commission. Miscellaneous head is better used if there's a profound understanding between both the parties.
