Regarding 2 Sale Deeds for the same property and Sale deed draft

Are 2 sale deeds with the same content but different amounts allowed for the same property in India? Also, is it compulsory for the lawyer to provide draft of sale deed to the seller before the final deed is executed?
Two sale deeds made and executed at the same time for the same property is highly impossible, unless you register none of them
Generally both buyer and seller along with their attorneys sit for finalisation of the agree
