Refusal give position of sold land /Deceiption

I purchased a plot of land, registration done. Now seller lesser size doing incorrect measurement. Denied to sign in mutation paper. What can I do to setitle the dispute.
Try to consult a lawyer as soon as possible.
You have to make corrections in some of your documents and file it again.
Any party aggrieved by an order of mutation can file an appeal before the Additional Collector (or the Deputy Commissioner) concerned within 30 days of the order.

you have registered deed in your hand so no need to worry .you can apply for mutation without signature of the seller. your mutation process will be success.
you can file a mis case against the saller but I think no need to file mis case . do mutation process without signature of saller.
