I, Amit Razdan have booked one Unit in Budh Circuit Studios ( JAL) in 2013 and made 30 % payment of total cost. Delivery was scheduled in 2017. However the construction did not start . On interacting personally with site office persons and also Noida office no one is able to provide any convincing reply and the fate of the project is hanging, involving hard earned money of many people like me.
In 2016 I applied for refund of the paid amount with 18% interest
I request your advice on the subject and guidance on the Getting back the refund

you can file a case before RERA for refund.
RERA will grant refund of the total amount with MCLR plus 1% interest.
Alternatively if the amount is greater than 1 cr you can opt for state commission.
