Redevelopment of Municipal Corporation Plot

Kindly suggest- There is a municipal corporation plot in Mumbai wherein the MCGM are the owners and is occupied by 99 tenants, can MCGM compel the tenants to join the redevelopment scheme as per MCGM or can they protest on it? also can MCGM evict them on ground of PAP? Please provide the case laws supporting the tenants.
You can file a PIL in the Bombay High Court for the redressal of your issue. Also, you can file a case against the MCGM for the eviction/redevelopment in the jurisdicitonal civil court.
