Redevelopment- 1bhk with terrace flat

I have 1 bhk (550 built-up) + terrace 200 sq. Feet (built-up). Now, redevelopment process has started. Can we get compensation against our terrace area in addition of flat from builder in terms of extra space or money?
Once the development agreement is already executed and Permanent alternate accommodation is already executed then there to renegotiate with the developer it is impossible he will not compensate for the terrace at this stage if you have already executed the PAA
