22-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir there is a mistake in the sale Greenwich we bought in 1997 . After my father's death we noticed the mistake that the plot number was changed . What are the documents required for rectification since my father is no more.

Was your father the only signatory i.e. is he the sole owner? If not then there is a possibility of getting the rectification done. But if he was the sole owner, then it is likely that you'll have to file a Case in the city court for a declaration.
