rectification of plot area

my plot is registered with an area of 38sqm and the bmc wen they surveyed wrote the wrong area as 30sqm in the document how do i rectify it.
This is my response to you:
1. You will need to execute a deed of rectification;
2. You will need to register the Deed as well;
3. Consult a local lawyer to draft the same and produce it before the office of the sub-registrar.

u can made a rectification deed before registrar . and also must be same be registered . on 100/stamp paper . and ther after u can index 2 made so can u ractifi the area on original agreement . if registers is not satisfied the said area . u can filed the application before city survey officer for error .
