Recording a statement lawfully for future reference

03-Nov-2024 (In Property Law)
My grandmother wishes to record an official statement regarding some family matters and factual positions regarding inheritance and some harassment by my grandfather. Could you please guide us on the best way to do this legally in Maharashtra? Thank you.

Your grandmother can do so as and by way of a Will and get it registered. As far as harrassment by your grandfather is concerned, it is imperative as to what exactly do you intend to know. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
