Reconstruction of mother's house on land in brother's name

Hi. I belong to hindu religion. My question is that, house where we stay is in the name of my mother. House was registered in her name ny her uncle. But the land where the house is, is not in her name. It is in her uncles sons name. Can we reconstruct the house?
If the son of your uncle claims the possession of the land then you can claim the cost the house constructed on his property. However, if he consents for the said construction then you can reconstruct your house.
