Received notice to vacate the common room

my property is not divided yet its on my dad's grandmother's name ... we reside on the second floor where there are three rooms . in one room my uncle resides, in second room we reside, and the third room is a common room we mostly use it. A notice has been sent to me to vaccant that common room from my uncles . As the property is not divided yet so I dont want to leave that room. what can be done in that case?
