Received notice to vacate if no OC is obtained

30-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I currently live in an apartment, we have received a notice from BBMP asking us to vacate the flat immediately if we don't have OC. We were informed that we can regularise the apartment when akrama sakrama comes, as I know the case is pending in supreme Court. What should be our next course of action. Please assist

1. The notice can be issued by BBMP on various violations. share it with a lawyer for opinion.

2. issue legal notice to BBMP stating the case is pending before SC and requesting atleast 6 months time to submit the same.

3. Whats your builder view on the notice?.
