Question regarding MCD power? What MCD can demolish full flat??

MCD booked & sealed a 5th floor flat on my complaint. My question is MCD can demolish full flat or just only some parts of roof? I want full demolition of the flat. Can MCD do that?
Yes, MCD has the authority to demolish unauthorized constructions, including a full flat, if it violates building bye-laws or was constructed without sanction. However, MCD will act as per its demolition order, which could involve partial or full demolition depending on the extent of illegality. Yes, of course the MCD can demolish the complete flat, if it is completely constructed illegally. in order for the MCD to do that you need to establish the construction to have been done not in accordance with the DDA/ MCD norms.
