Dear sir mere dadaji ko unke kaka Jo beaulad the unki taraf SE 10 biga jamin Mili thi woh jamin mere kaka ko whill karake dene ki dhamaki dete he mere kaka hamate ghar SE fusla kar unke ghar jamin le ne k liye le gaye he kya esha ho shakta he ki ek ladke ke naam sab jamin ki ja Shaktihe and woh bolte he me jameen par stre la ne wala hu ye jameen uncastral jamin he

If the said property is ancestral in nature then the said property can not be transferred in favour of any one without the consent of all the coparceners in the family. Consent of all the coparceners whether minor or major has to be taken in consideration.

Aapke dadaji ancestral property Ko ek hi bande Ko nahi de sakte. Agar ye unki self aquered property Hoti to go apni marzi se transfer kar sakte the but unki bhi ye Jamin Apne kaka se Mili hai so vo akele transfer nahi kar sakte.
