Purchasing property on wife's name

I have got a top-up loan on my old home loan,from that money I want to buy property on my wife's name .
Is there any legal issues for me.
Will we be able to sell the same house in future
This is my response to you:
1. Technically speaking the hurdles you could face would be related to income tax, which your CA will handle it;
2. Legally you could face issues if your wife chooses to divorce you;
3. Then she gets 50% claim in the flat;
4. You must be extra sure about the transactions that you enter into;
5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
