Sir I have purchased flat in Pimple Saudagar pune it was an ready possession flat. we have done sale agreement & apartment deed , do i need to do sale deed now..? they have mentioned share part in apartment deed, and covered all detailed terms & conditions in sale agreement ..?
In this situation it would be advisable to get a sale deed done as well in order to legally safeguard your interest and rights in the property.
