Purchased DC conversion plot, which katha will be allotted

I Have purchased a D C conversion plot in Bangalore BBMP limits in 2016 in which the whole land is made conversion.So will I be getting A katha or B katha.The developer has paid all betterment charges upto 2015. If B Katha what do I need to do to get A katha
D C conversation is not coming under BBMP. BMRD Approval or BDA approval only coming this preview. D C conversation is not coming A khata, send me the paper and documents can reviewed, until prediction is not a solution.

its look like you can get A-Katha. only you have to apply for Katha bbmp RI will issue concerned Katha to you. and also consult your lawyer regarding this as per my opinion you should get A-Katha only. but still need to check your documents
