Under what provision of CPC, a suit for recovery of possession of immovable property is filed? (When such recovery is by seller from buyer because of non payment of full consideration by buyer)
Suit for cancellation of deed can be filed if buyer not paid full consideration to the seller on account of breach of trust. Thus automatically the possession comes to seller. For more information give PM.
