Protection for sendng Documents for processing Succession Certificate

Can I WhatsApp copies of my Passport and Aadhar as required by my elder brother for processing Succession Certificate with regard to movable and immovable assets of my deceased father who died intestate after acquiring a house Property. We are four legal heirs and I want to have my equal share.
Is any suit have been filed before the jurisdictional court ?
if no than we have to file a suit so that all the legal heirs get their father's share of property (movable or immovable) equally or if you have field a suit before the jurisdictional court than you should consult with your conducting advocate regarding this matter.
