Property was brought in brothers name how can the property be divided

My father brought a 2520Sq ft land before he died directly on my and my brothers name.saledeed,index 2,7/12extract are in my and my brothers name only, I stay in the front portion of the property and my brother stays back side of the property How will the property be partitioned and can my mother and sister get a share in it if they claim for it? As it is bought by father from his self earning got from a job working in railway, I have constructed my own house in front side, and my brother stays in the house behind which was bought together with the land, Land was never on fathers name
If the property is on your brothers name then you, your mother and sister shall have no right on ths same and you cannot claim the same.
