Property taken over by uncle by fraud can I challenge it

If my grandfather is having a room in dadar and after his death my uncle is taken signature by dad for property by notry in drunk mood and told them I am given rent 33% but at the place of grand mother signature the thumb signature given by dad sister signature as a mother so sir can I take action against him the notary is done on 1998 and room is gone under SRa scheme. Can I register fir and fight against property?

You can still file a civil suit for partition in the jurisdictional civil court. But you will have to challenge the validity of the said will and prove that it was obtained by your uncle from your grandfather in a state of unconsciousness.
