Can you please highlight on the fact that what document has been signed by your grandmother forcefully? Is your Grandmother alive? If your grandmother is alive and agrees to the fact that she was made to sign the documents forcefully you can file a case in the court challenge the document. You can also file a complaint against the uncles who have done so but your grandmother has to agree to that and sign the complaint as well. Other option you have is to execute a new will by your grandmother in who-so-ever’s name your grandmother wants to give the property.
